Easy C++ Pointcloud Registration Algorithm implementation with docker dev container

I need you to implement examples of the the Voxelized and the plane to plane GICP pointcloud registration algorithm in C++ as defined in the attached papers. The program needs to be able to choose between the two algorithms, needs to take a source and a target pcd pointcloud as input and needs to write the registered pointcloud to a target path.

The deliverable has to be provided in the following environment:
Please use existing libraries and use Cmake for compilation. Compile and execute everything in a docker dev container for Vistual Studio Code in which debugging via breakpoints is implemented.

Since this is a really simple project, the budget is 80€. If you make a higher bid, I assume you have not read the requirements.

Ideal skills for this job would include:
- Experience with point cloud processing and registration
- Proficiency in working with Docker
- Knowledge of the ICP algorithm
- Ability to output data in PCD format
