ESPHome Device with Captive Portal & Web Server

I am looking for developer to enhance my ESPHome device configuration.

Key Requirements:
- Captive portal is active x minutes after device boot and after that web server is activated in access point mode
OR
- Captive Portal is activated on demand. Normally web server in access point mode is active and on button click or api call captive portal should over take the web_server

The goal is that I want to have possibility yo connect devices to wifi network. If connection is not available or not configured web server from esp home should be displayd
