Driver Development for RGB Keyboard

I am looking for a developer who can build a driver for a rebranded skyloong gk61 keyboard, which we are planning to sell. This driver should be compatible with Windows and allow full control over the keyboard's RGB LEDs, enabling the user to set colors on individual keys.

Key Requirements:
- The driver must support Windows operating system.
- The keyboard should have predefined static color settings and dynamic effects such as waves or breathing.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Experience in driver development, particularly for keyboards.
- Understanding of RGB LED control.
- Proficiency in Windows programming.
- Ability to create user-friendly standalone applications.

Please note, this project will require you to integrate the driver with the OpenRGB software.
