Document Analysis - Global Search and Replace

Looking for an installable executable that will complete a search and replace of multiple words in a single or multiple selected files. The GUI should be simple and a sample GUI Screenshot is included. One column of fields that contain the find search text, a second column that contains a field that contains the replace text, a third column field that show the selected files (txt).
