Docker/CMake Configuration for C++ Project

I'm in need of a Docker/Cmake expert to help me set up a container for my small C++ project which will be using the Osmium library(https://osmcode.org/libosmium/). The candidate will be required to make minor code adjustments to integrate the library and ensure the docker container is functional on a cross-platform level.

The tasks include:

• Setting up Docker/CMake for the project
• Using any version of the Osmium Library
• Integrating two components: Osmium I/O and Osmium Handler into the C++ project
• Make the setup cross-platform compatible (Windows, Linux, macOS)

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in Docker, CMake, and C++.
• Deep knowledge of the Osmium Library.
• Experience in working with cross-platform projects.
