Disaster recovery scenario simulation on ns3

I need help to simulate this scenario in ns3.
Here a short description, full requirements are provided in the attached file.
Be given a natural disaster scenario, in which fixed infrastructure is not fully available.
In particular, there is no fixed node in the area involved, while some Internet Access Points are available around it.
The APs are connected to each other via a wired network.
Mobile (internal) nodes use DSDV to communicate with APs.
Evaluate the degree of connectivity of the system, i.e. the percentage of AP nodes that can be reached from the internal nodes network
