C++ Digital Library Project Finalization

As an app developer, I'm currently working on a CLion C++ based application for a digital library. However, I am encountering some difficulties and need assistance in finalizing the project. The main features currently in need of refinement are:
- User authentication and login.
- Search functionality.
- Ability to add, edit, or delete books.
Currently, the code is not working due to compilation and logic errors. The specific problems are related to out of line definitions, unmatched declarations and the absence of certain functions which are causing errors.
The ideal candidate for this task will have proficient experience in C++ programming particularly in CLion, strong problem-solving skills and should have handled similar challenges in the app development realm. You should also be well-versed with debugging and troubleshooting or solving issues related to code compilation and logic.
