Development of a Webhook-Connected Trading Bot
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking to develop a futures trading bot that's compatible with the Interactive Brokers platform. The bot should be able to execute trades based on signals from TradingView, and connect to it via Webhooks.
Key Requirements:
- Compatible with Interactive Brokers: Prior experience working with Interactive Brokers API is a must.
- TradingView Integration: The bot needs to be designed to receive signals from TradingView and act upon them promptly.
- Webhook Implementation: You should be able to set up the necessary webhook connection for seamless communication.
- The signals i am using from trading view are non-repaint just as an FYI
- This is a pretty involved bot
- It will need to follow a set of rules, the first one is: Once it gets the signal, it needs to place a limit order at the middle point of the previous candle.
- As the trade moves, the stoploss will need to be moved to specific points along the way, as an example: once the price moves 100 ticks up it will move the stoploss to breakeven, then at 150 ticks up it moves it to 50 ticks in profit. There are quite a few more rules that i have all laid out for you. I just want to make sure you are able to program things like this.
- If this is something you can do i will send over the entire strategy for you to look over to make sure you can do everything that is required.

- Proficient in Python: The trading bot is to be programmed in Python.
- Knowledge of Financial Markets: Understanding of futures trading and trading strategies is essential.
- Experience in Developing Trading Bots: Previous experience in developing and deploying trading bots will be a significant advantage.
