Developing a Finite State Game
Budget: $30 – $250 USD

The game can be a prototype (it does not need to be complete) but it should have these components:
1.An overarching theme or story
2. A clear starting place
3. Some type of graph overview explaining how to progress through the game
(If you are using twine, the overview graph is fine. If not, use Twine or another program to create a graph diagram)
4. At least ten nodes. (it's hard to see how the story will work with less than this many)
5. At least one ending. More than likely you will have multiple endings, at least one positive and the others negative. Endings can loop back to the beginning, if that makes sense for your game.

#Point 4 below will not be necessary if you are NOT using HTML/CSS?Javascript.
You will have to turn in:
1. Documentation - This can be in markup, HTML, Word, PDF, or some other common format, but should explain how the game works, what technology choices you made, how it is played, any installation and gameplay instructions, and a 'lessons learned' component.
2. Graph Diagram - Create a diagram of your nodes and explain how they interconnect. UML diagram also will be enough.
3. A link if appropriate - If you are using a web-based format (like twine, HTML, JS) you can host on Tesla.
4. Source code - Regardless of the format, you should likely have some type of source code. This can be a github link, it can be files available from your project, or whatever other format makes sense to you.
5. Executable as appropriate - If you are using some format that creates executable code (C++ or Java, for example) either include a make file with a master build and run target, or add an executable in major operating systems (Linux, OSX, and / or Windows) as requested.
