Develop peer to peer communication library for desktop

Develop peer to peer communication library for desktop. Library should contain the code for client machine and Signalling/Handshake server. Should have the API for video call, video conference, audio call, audio conference, file transfer, messaging and screen sharing. It should work on Windows, Linux and Mac OS. Language should be C++/C . You can develop a temporary UI to show a working demo of the library.
