Develop image filters and modifiers
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Looking to develop an image/video compression algorithm and needs a programmer who has experience with image formats and understands the data sets. Test data will be PNG and JPEG/MPEG. Work orders will be iterative and modular, with software engineered already, but needs prototyping to test viability.
This is not a web based application. It needs to be programmed in C, or GoLang, as memory allocation is vital.
C++ could be an option, but would need to prove mastery of dynamic bit alteration, and low level memory management.
