Develop C/C++ Program for Decrypting Widevine on Windows

We are looking for a C/C++ developer with experience in Google Widevine media encryption technology to develop a software module that uses widevinecdm to download the decryption key and use the key to decrypt media. The functions of the module will be similar to those in a couple of the open-source projects in github (https://github.com/xbmc/inputstream.adaptive and https://github.com/CrackerCat/video_decrypter). We want to adapt a project to work on Windows and migrate the development environment to Video Studio, so we can integrate it to our existing code base.
