Decrypt encryped data with an 8-byte public key(not DES)

I can furnish sample data (128 bytes) that is encrypted with a public key. We know there is a relationship between the 2. DES is not the algorithm used, we already tried it.
We do know a relationship has already been made. We need to know if you can find the relationship before you commence to secure payment.
The attached file shows 11 samples of data (bytes 0 thru 7Fh) is the encrypted data while the 8 bytes of data below is the public key. In the sample device the key is in ROM memory.
The crack should produce the same value on all the first 4 memory addresses as this will identify the model of the device which is stored in these memory addresses.
