Hello there. I am looking for a developer to see if can make a program for me to do lead generation. I want a program that can help me find people's cell phone numbers, and direct office numbers in Hong Kong, while also being able to find people's job titles who are CEO's, managing directors, executive director, partners, etc.

Basically, I am a salesperson who wants to sell to rich people in Hong Kong, and I want to get their mobile cell phone numbers and direct office phone numbers.
