At Bitmovin we are looking for Video Streaming Engineers to join our agile teams. They will develop and optimize our cutting-edge video encoding solution that powers global streaming services, including but not limited to:
- Adding advanced features for video streaming workflows
- Enhancing video quality and compression efficiency
- Improvements to runtime performance/efficiency
Key requirements to the role:
- Extensive experience in C++ software development (C++11 and newer).
- Solid understanding of video codecs and container formats.
- Experience with streaming standards such as MPEG-DASH, HLS.
- Familiarity with OTT streaming workflows and video processing pipelines.
- Experience with Java (at least some exposure to Java-based services).
