Customization of Nextcloud Desktop Sync Client
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Description:
We’re looking for a developer experienced with Qt and C++ to white-label the open-source Nextcloud Desktop Sync Client for both Windows and macOS.
What We Need:
- Clone and build the Nextcloud Desktop Client
- Apply custom branding:
- Replace logo with our own
- Update color scheme to match our branding:
- Replace application name and About dialog contents
- Pre-configure the sync client with our server URL: https://jono.files.com so users do not need to manually input it
- Compile and produce clean, production-ready installers for:
- Windows (.exe or .msi)
- macOS (.dmg)
Optional but nice to have:
Sign installers (we can provide signing certificates)
Provide ongoing support for future releases
Deliverables:
Customized and compiled installers
Source code repo (forked or branched from upstream) with documentation on how to repeat the build. Short build/run instructions in README
