Customised Chromium Browser

We are a training company and have developed training material over many years using the google platform in the form of google slides and google docs. Before 2020 we used to run classroom training at a customer's site and provide our training material on a tablet which we provided to the students for the duration of the training.
As a result of covid epidemic we have had to move our training to a virtual (online) classroom. We have a need to protect our material from being copied and accessed without payment and delivering it through a user’s browser means that people can use the context menu (right-click) to save the material as html.
To prevent this all students will access the material through Amazon (aws) App Stream session where we will have a proprietary browser that will allow students to view the material but will not allow them to view the URLs or copy our material. Our need is for someone to create such a browser. We will refer to this as a Student-Browser.
Create a Student-Browser based on Chromium that does not allow students to copy our material or view the urls. Also provide all source code and project resources and artefacts that would allow our developers to compile the project and create the browser in our own environments.
