Custom Click and Point software

Hi,
I need an intelligent auto click and point software that performs certain automatic functions on a binary options broker.
There is a Telegram Binary Signals group I am in and I want to create an automated point and click timed software that executes the trades whenever there is a trading session
FUNCTIONS:
(Whenever) a Trading session starts message > Auto software is aware that trading session is about to start
NEXT
> Software identifies which pair is about to be traded then software clicks on pair and types in correct pair.

The first message will include the key word “Timing”, software detects which expiry it is using for example 30 sec, 1 M, 2 M, 3 M etc, whatever it says in message.. whatever expiry it is software will click on expiry and set it getting it ready for the signals messages that will follow
NEXT Signal opens
Auto software automatically enters trade (if message says HIGHER it means software will BUY, if message says LOWER software will SELL. These actions need to be near instant execution by software)
Does this for every trade in each session.. systematically
