I'm looking for a skilled professional who can create animated car headlights for me. The headlights should resemble expressive eyes, with the capability of dynamic animations like blinking, rolling, and complex eye-like movements. This project will use an ESP32 microcontroller and two GC9A01 TFT displays.

Key requirements include:
- Using frame-by-frame animation techniques with libraries such as LVGL, TFT_eSPI, TJpg_Decoder, and SPIFFS or LittleFS for storage.
- Smooth rendering and advanced functionality.
- Implementing a servo motor mechanism for controlling the 'eye' turning feature inside the headlight.
- Creating a web-based control panel integrated via a WiFi hotspot for dynamic user interaction.
- Designing a 3D-printed bracket housing to securely hold a 77 mm lens on a bi-LED projector.

Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Proficiency in using ESP32 microcontroller and GC9A01 TFT displays.
- Strong background in frame-by-frame animation techniques.
- Familiarity with LVGL, TFT_eSPI, TJpg_Decoder, and SPIFFS or LittleFS.
