Cuckoo Clock: bugfix chime amount QT c++

I'm looking for a skilled programmer to update the cuckooClock project from GitHub. The clock currently plays too many chimes, and I need to adjust this so it only plays the custom sound the desired amount of times. Sometimes it misses the half-hour chime, so this needs to be rectified as well.
