Cross-Platform Development with GitHub Actions Proficiency

I'm looking for a talented programmer to create a robust GitHub Actions workflow. The key responsibilities include:

Script Development: Develop a script that manages dependencies using vcpkg and downloads specific files. The focus is on cross-platform compatibility, targeting both Windows and Linux environments.

Building and Deployment: After building the application, the script should automatically package and deploy all necessary libraries along with the application.

Installer Creation: Craft installers for Linux (Centos and Ubuntu) and Windows, ensuring smooth installation across these platforms.

Testing Application: Develop a simple C++ application to test the integration and functioning of all libraries. This includes providing a CMake file for the dummy project.

Library Integration: Incorporate the following libraries using vcpkg:

Alembic
Eigen3

CURL
nlohmann_json

LibXml2 (specifically for Linux)
Requirements:
