Create a singleplayer script mod for GTA 5

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a singleplayer script mod for GTA 5. Specifically, I am interested in adding new missions or side activities to the game. I have a detailed concept for the missions, but I would appreciate help refining it.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience with GTA 5 modding and be familiar with scripting in C++. In addition, the candidate should be able to work independently and be able to meet deadlines.
