Create program in OpenGL

Create a program in OpenGl 3.0 using c++14, cmake and whatever library you want to.
The project is based on Oskar Elek method - see the attachment.
Generally, something like this https://github.com/ebruneton/precomputed_atmospheric_scattering, but my project is only desktop application and based on Oskar Elek method (this is based on different approach).
Some of the code is already written.
I will give you a whole project with configuration.
There is about 1-2 months to do it.
