Convert C code in C# and code should be working

I am looking for a freelancer to help me convert an existing C code into C#. The code is very sizeable, with more than 1450 lines, and it is well-documented and easy to understand, which will make the conversion process easier. However, I'm not sure yet if there are any specific functionalities or features that I want added in the C# version. Therefore, I am open to suggestions from the freelancer working on the project. Ideally, I would like the C# version of the code to be working and bug-free when the project is complete.
