Convert MPASM project to c

I am looking for someone to convert a project I have written in MPASM to c. I am specifically looking for a direct conversion, rather than improvements or suggestions. I am not sure if I will be providing a testbed for the new code, or if debugging of the c code will be required - I am open to further discussing these options.
