Compile and isolate multipe emails into a distinct, trackable, isolated and separate document
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are interested in proposals from individuals or companies that can develop a software program that can receive initially multiple Gmail emails and separate them into a chronological sequence which can be used in a forensic environment to track by time and date communications. An example would be that I have 25 emails over a period of time of 5 years. The emails continue as one thread, so all of the emails are contained in the last email. We would like to commission a software development project where it would be possible to isolate the individual emails into, for example, one per page, and have the output a Word or pdf document that presents the communications in a single document, with exact time stamps. At this time, if for example, I email one person 25 times in 5 years, each email record is added to the sequence. It's confusing to read because you have to re-read 25 times the original and then 24 times the response. We want to be able to have a software program that we can input all 25 emails over 5 years and have a single pdf and Word output, one email at a time from the origin, to current time. Importantly, we want this software to be additive where by in the sixth year, as example we can send 5 new emails and recreate a single document which shows clearly the sequential emails.
