Competitive Programmer "high rank" codeforces/same

I need you to facilitate a workshop in our university. You need to introduce the students with competitive programming skills. You will show them how to gain those skills with demonstration. Preferred platform is codechef.com or codeforces.com The workshop will happen in 29th at 2:00PM to 4:30 PM
