U.S. Company Seeking Collaberation / Partnership with a Company that has a Large Software Developing Team

We are a U.S. based company. We deal with dental industry simply because it is a recession proof industry. We are seeking collaboration / partnership with a company that has a large software development team to assist us develop a digital platform that we designed for doctors. We aim to develop a automated AI platforms for doctors.

Your company must have coders that know: PHP, C++, WebGL, MYSQL, Designers, OpenCV, Paython , Java

We have met with dental government sector and they are interested in using the software we intend to design. We have a beta version of it which give you an idea of what its functions.

We are seeking a partnership:
Your Company Contribution: You contribute software development to buy into the partnership. Your company part to work with our company to develop the platform.
Our Company Contributions: Our company will travel globally and meet with institutions and government officials to implement the use of this software.

Term of partnership: We would be 50-50 partnership.

Doctors make up the upper middle class in any country. Their business has a high financial transaction turnover. Meaning, they conduct alot of financial transactions. We aim to develop a platform for dentist that is essential to their practice. We selected doctors because its a kind of business that have and will generate passive income for both of our companies.
