C++ Collision Detection in a game using SFML

Hi there

I would like a 2D game to be made using C++ and SFML, however the game's collision detection system has to be done completely yourself using maths, rather than using SFML's collision detection or anything else, this is more important than the game itself. I don't really mind what the game is like, I will leave the creativity completely up to you so you can create whatever you wish to, as the main purpose of this game is to show off the collision detection. The more advanced type of collisions and physics this game has the better it is, and of course the more advanced it is the more I am willing to pay. I would like all the code to be documented as well.
I have a small list of requirements I have attached below, however this list is only the minimum as I would ideally like the collision detection in this game to be as advanced as you can make it because to be honest I myself am inexperienced and don't know what other requirements I can create for you, maybe you can look at open source 2D physics engines like Box2D to give ideas.

Also, part of this project requires a report based on the game and collision detection that you have created. I completely understand that writing reports is usually not a part of your gigs, but it is a necessary part of this project and only you can do it as you are the one actually doing the project. The report has to be around 4000 words describing everything listed below, of course I am willing to pay extra for this on top of the game and collision detection itself.
The report should include
• High level descriptions of key classes (for OO designs).
• Descriptions of technologies used.
• Methodologies employed.
• Issues encountered and how they were dealt with.
• Performance issues (e.g. efficiency, timings, load …)
• Test plans and strategies
• Unit testing,
• System testing,
• Summaries of quantative and qualitative testing.

It is due on August 6th. Again the budget is negotiable based on how advanced the collision detection is. Let me know what you think as soon as you can and if you can do it, thank you.
