Coder/Programmer needed

I am in need of a skilled coder/programmer to decompile a specific demo application I have and then re-engineer/recreate a new desktop application of the similar concept software with specific improvements. The ideal freelancer for this job will have experience with developing desktop applications, be familiar with C++, Python and Blockchain, and be able to work with me to define the project scope. This is a small quick job for a very small specific application.
