Code review C++

Hi,

Thank you for looking into my project. For an ongoing project in data science, I have some C++ code which needs some deeper inspection.
To get a better understanding of the way of coding, it would be good to have the code reviewed by an independent developer.

The code is used to transform a time-series into a string of characters. The discovered patterns are used to do predictive analytics on the data. The C++ code is implemented in R using the Rcpp package.

I am looking for a developer who can:

1) Initially perform an analysis on the code without running it. (Static code review).
2) Depending on the output of the static review, review the code by running it. (When possible)

Since the R environment is very specific, I understand that not all developers are interested in these kinds of tasks.
So at least I am looking for the static code review.
Just by having professional feedback on the code quality would be valuable.
