C++ Code Structure Simplification

I need someone who can simplify a c++ project for me. The project is the openDTU repository on GitHub (https://github.com/tbnobody/OpenDTU) . I want just the inverter control functionality without all the web and cloud connection stuff. I want a library where I can add a device and control it on a ESP32 directly without connecting it to the internet.
