1) Refactor the existing C++ “fn_sfa” function so that code is cleaned and potential inefficiencies or bug are washed out. The output of the new refactored “fn_sfa_v2” needs to be the same as the current version. As a guidance, please use the provided code review document. When possible, please provide feedback in the document what was adopted in the refactored C++ code.
