Call of duty: Vanguard Unlockall tool

This is my first time working on a project, So the project that I am working to accomplish is having my own Unlockall tool for a game called "Call of duty: Vanguard", So I have these requirements that I need.

Game: Call Of Duty: Vanguard
Game Anti-Cheat: Ricochet Anti-Cheat

1. The tool should unlock everything in the game such as Camos, Operators, Store items, Blueprints, and every item in the game.

2. The tool must have a Key Auth system, Which will allow people to use my tool with a provided key, Once the key is activated it will become HWID linked to the system, So no one can use the same key on different systems.

3. The tool must have very good security to protect the source code.

4. Administrative panel, Which will allow me to access all keys, Generate keys and turn off the tool.

5. Tool must be compatible with windows 10 64-bit with the system all builds.

6. Tool must block any type of Virtual machine.

7. Tool must detect any types of spoofed HWID.

8. Tool must be updated monthly with extra payment.
