We would like our own Windows, Visual Studio C++ tool to download and parse the main.cvd database file.
See https://github.com/Cisco-Talos/clamav - we need only the code we need to download and read main.cvd and store it in our own format (can be .csv).
Deliverables should be a standalone Visual Studio C++ program. It should not require installing ClamAV or anything else.
