CTrader Manager

My project requires a cTrader Manager with Trade execution services are also a necessity and I am looking for someone to provide basic order execution logic. To be more specific, I am looking for support on market orders and limit orders, as well as cancellation of trades. I will also be looking for exception reports, user data validation and access control/security. We need to make sure that all data is safeguarded, so please make sure you have the experience and resources to attest to this. Lastly, I need the C# code to be created such that it follows all industry patterns and best practices. Anyone with experience in this sphere would be preferred.
