We need a computing vision code to recognize 2 traffic signs in a picture and with a webcam.
The traffic signs we want to recognize are the two files attached.
You will need to use C++ and OpenCV, without any deep learning solution, only computing vision, with the recognition of forms and colors.
Then, you will have to explain to us your program. It must be an easy code for students.
