this project needs two main features:
1_ a VPN which have split tunneling on UDP.(with OpenVPN and Softether)
2_ identify the running app and its connected IP and obtain them and send them via our API
for example, if users are playing Fortnite this app must send this game UDP data to our server and identify The game IPs and send them.
