Build a Scoreboard for an event

Build a scoreboard for a board game event, inspired by soccer live scoreboards.
It has to accept information directly from an excel copy/paste or, better yet, read it directly from excel.
The info provided in the excel file is starting lineups of the teams, the result, the goal scored, the minute it was scored and the attacking intensity of each team.
After receiving this info, the scoreboard proceeds to simulate the live score of that event, starting with the teams lineups, and then proceeding to the simulation of the game.
The scoreboard is to have a countdown from 20 to 0 for each half, display the goals, who scored and the attack intensity changing minute by minute, according to the excel sheet.
The excel is divided into 2 halves, and the scoreboard should read each half separately, in order for the second half to reflect any changes the teams have done in the excel sheet.
Attached is the excel with all the info the scoreboard has to input before it displays the simulation.
The scoreboard acts as a display of the excel info, like a live score of the game, as if it was playing live, but in reality it is just showing what the excel sheet already calculated.
