I need an experienced programmer who can build me a Desktop Software for Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 and MacOS that can add image/logo/text watermark to videos without losing their quality, can convert different video formats and add some video effects (See: https://github.com/dyne/frei0r). It will be better if we can also add image for watermarking.
We need to let user decide text font, color, font size, watermark position, opacity etc and then save and export.
I need the source code and full c o py right. You may use .NET
