I am an independent R&D developer prototyping a compact, battery-powered thermal enclosure designed to maintain a strict 25°C internal temperature for sensitive transit. I am handling the 3D-printed enclosure and thermodynamics. I need an electronics freelancer to wire the circuit and write the C++ code on a breadboard.
​Your Responsibilities:
​Wiring: Wire the following components on a breadboard: ESP32 SuperMini, Micro Peltier Module (TEC1-04903), 2x 30mm 5V blower fans, Logic-Level N-Channel MOSFET, IP2368 Fast Charge Module, 3.7V LiPo battery, DS18B20 temp sensor, and a 0.96-inch OLED display with an EC11 Rotary Encoder. (Note: I will cover the cost of components via a shared cart sent to your location).
​Display Logic: Write C++ firmware to display "Target Temp" and "Battery %" on the OLED. The rotary dial must adjust the target temp.
​Smart Inverter Logic (PWM): If the sensor reads higher than the target, drive the Peltier and fans at 100% PWM. As it reaches the target temp, smoothly throttle the PWM down (~20%) to hold the temperature steady and save battery life.
​Deliverables & Payment:
Payment will be released as a fixed milestone after you provide a video showing the physical circuit passing basic bench tests (demonstrating Peltier cooling, PWM fan throttling based on heat, and battery fast-charging).
