Autonomous Lidar Mapping
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with an Autonomous Lidar Mapping project for a telepresence bot.
Lidar Sensor:
- The Lidar sensor to be used for this project is the RPLidar A1.
Desired Accuracy:
- The desired accuracy for the Lidar mapping is medium accuracy, within meters.
Application:
- The Lidar mapping will be used for a telepresence bot, allowing for remote presence and navigation in various environments.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with Lidar sensors, specifically the RPLidar A1, is required.
- Knowledge of Lidar mapping techniques and algorithms for achieving medium accuracy is essential.
- Familiarity with telepresence bots and their functionality is a plus.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in C++ and ROS, are necessary for developing the required software and algorithms.
