Automate a process of a program made in Visual Studio and modify a few things

I have the code of a free project made in microsoft visual studio, I need to perform two steps of the program in an unattended way and that can only be executed by parameters for example:

1.
Install.exe /full /noreboot
2.
Apply.exe /option1 /option2 /option3


It must be delivered:
-source code
-already compiled the two .exe
