Auto pin to pinterest uploader

I want an exe software to auto pin to pinterest.

File name will be the Title and Description.
So if Image:3 Best Ways to Catch Cheating Husband.png
Title: 3 Best Ways to Catch Cheating Husband
Description: 3 Best Ways to Catch Cheating Husband

There will be a text file to get
1) Image file location, ex: "c:\temp\
2) Category in Pinterest
3) Link in Pinterest

And upload image from my pc.
