Astrological Ephemerides

Preferably in visual basic 6.0 but also in delphi or c/c++
my request is addressed to programmers who already know astrological mathematics and astronomy. I need a program that calculates the planetary positions in a geocentric reference, that is the classic astrological ephemeris, among others, the most precise possible, highlighting the direct, retrograde and stationary motion. See attached images, taken from online programs such as astroseek.com and others
