The collision detection is in the CLevelRenderer::MoveCamera() method, in InfiniteWolfenstein.cpp. It mostly works, but it's just not as smooth/seamless as wall sliding was in Wolfenstein 3D. I'd really like the wall sliding to be just like it was in Wolfenstein 3D. As it is now, it's kind of jumpy when sliding past some corners, and the player gets stuck when sliding against some walls.
