Artificial Inteligence in C#

Hi

I have a short task for AI. This need to be done in C# only. The tasks are not lengthy, i will provide the code for the task but the code is not working and need to edit to make it run. So your task is to edit/add the code and make it run based on the requirement. Since this is not a very hard task, my budget is not big, if u expect a big budget please do no accept.
