Algo trading automation strategy on ninjatrader

I want an algo that use the buy/sell signals from a specific indicator
So he will buy when there is a buy signal in the time frame of:2 or 3min AND reverse the position when there is a sell signal.so always start with a buy or sell then once a position is open he starts to reverse when there is an open position
those signals should be taken into consideration only at the end of the candle. because sometimes a signal appears in the middle of a candle then when the candle closes the signal disappear.
also I want an optional option to close the strategy when at this specific day the profit=> $x amount
Also i want to add a possibility to take only sells or buys signals or both at the same time(default mode)
