Add some additional options to existing Ninja Trader Bot

I am in need of a freelancer who can add additional features to my existing Ninja Trader Bot. Specifically, I am looking to optimize the current trading strategy of the bot and would like to focus:

* Add backtesting in an intra day timeframe
* Add limitations to the bot so that it doesn't buy when in premium or sell while in discount. This would require
adding an auto FIB to each leg so that the bot knows where its at in the trade
* Add a shut off to Bot Red folder news according to Economic Calander

* Add shut off once Bot has reached a certain amount of profit or loss during a day or session
* Add the option to have a bearish FVG turn into support as an inverted FVG when in a bullish market and visa
