Add additional c++ functions from example code to existing code

I am looking for a C++ developer to add additional functions from example code to my existing code. My code currently creates a wifi access point for connecting and communicating with a sensor on a Windows platform. I need to add a socket monitor and connection request FIFO from the example code that I have available. The ideal candidate should have experience in C++ programming and networking.
